Bean Festival and Outhouse Races

For the third straight year my friends and I headed out to Mountain View, Arkansas for the Bean Festival and Outhouse Races. It was a close call, but we barely made it into town in time for the beans. We were also able to enjoy the outhouse races and folk music around the square. I found the old man who used the coke can as an instrument last year and watched a little kid dominate a mandolin. The highlight, at the end of the day, was the Big Smith concert at the Ozark Folk Center. Already a fan of Big Smith, it was one of the better concerts I've seen in a while. It was also fun meeting the guys after the show was over. 

As instructed I took lots of pictures throughout the day. I wasn't able to get many pictures at the concert but put most of the others up on facebook as usual.
